Cat Toys, Treats & the Lint Rollers We Can’t Live Without

Emma and Boo are constantly begging for treats. It’s their number one demand in the house — must have treats, and OFTEN. I keep their cat treats on a monthly subscription from Amazon, which saves me from upsetting those little fur balls. The vet always recommends these specific treats because they are supposedly good for their teeth, but um…my cats inhale them. There is NO chewing happening, so I’m not entirely sure how much good they could possibly be doing for their teeth. The cats obviously love them, though, so they shall arrive monthly in a box like they always do!

The Cat Toy Situation

Cat toys are a weird thing. I have a massive basket of cat toys in their room and Emma will go through that basket and pull out whatever toy she wants to play with. Then Boo really only plays with 2 toys and loves to steal straws – go figure. Emma is really our toy tester I’d say, so I wanted to link a few of her favs below. The fish that I have linked are her ABSOLUTE favorite, she does the little bunny kicks when she gets them and I find those fish all around the house!

Also, I’m not going to recommend cat things without linking my absolute favorite lint rollers. We keep one in every drawer in this house.

Coffee table. End table. That black chest in the kitchen. The office. The mudroom. The laundry room. Nightstands… EVERYWHERE. But, is it practical?

Worth bringing home if: Your cats are anything like Emma and think treats are a basic necessity, toys should be scattered throughout the entire house, and cat hair is just another permanent member of the family.

Probably skip it if: Your cat is more like Boo and would rather steal a straw than play with the basket full of toys you’ve actually purchased for them.
